AT&T IOT MARKETPLACE
The IoT division of AT&T saw room to reach more enterprise customers with off-the-shelf and custom-custom built solutions that could be deployed and implemented with a simplified experience. The first-to-market one-stop shop e-commerce site allows customers to purchase IoT products, integrated solutions and AT&T Professional and Consulting services. The website gives developers tools and capabilities to design, develop and scale IT solutions while bringing in an additional $50 million in revenue.

research & discovery
While using an e-commerce site to sell IoT products and services to AT&T customers was new, this obviously was not the first e-commerce site for AT&T. Established design patterns and workflows for the consumer site had to be re-thought for the enterprise market.
Comparative analysis
There were two main personas considered for the architecture of the flow of the site.
• The "Build" persona focused on an individual technical user trying to create a custom solution. T
• The "Buy" persona is and enterprise user looking to scale a solution quickly
